OUR STORY

Laritech was founded in Bill Larrick's garage in the late 90s as a prototype manufacturer of printed circuit board assemblies. These assemblies supported his ambition of launching exciting new products into the world using his proprietary embedded firmware. By 2001, the notion of having a contract manufacturing facility owned and operated by a real design engineer took off, and the company was incorporated and moved to an industrial complex in Moorpark.

After the move, Laritech started offering the same exceptional product launch support to not just Bill, but to all customers who had a need. Customers using this service became so successful that an additional building was added in 2010 for full ISO/ITAR production of complete assemblies, including mechanical and packaging. An explosive growth spurt followed, and Laritech was named to the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies in America an impressive 7 times.

Today, Laritech operates in a 77,000 square foot facility with room for future expansion and employs close to 120 hardworking Americans. We have launched over 400 new products in almost every conceivable market. With a dedicated design and a separate production facility on campus, you can be assured your product will receive the correct attention no matter what phase it is in. Laritech is able to deliver from concept to full production without the customer being left wondering, "Where do I go now?"

OUR CULTURE

At the heart of our company is a commitment to putting culture first by prioritizing employee well-being. We recognize that our team members are our greatest asset, and we demonstrate this through thoughtful policies and practices that empower them to thrive.

One example is the flexibility we offer in scheduling. Employees have the choice of working a 4-day, 10-hour workweek with three days off or maintaining a traditional 5-day, 40-hour schedule. This approach supports work-life balance and respects individual preferences.

We also believe in fostering growth from within. By promoting from within, we provide opportunities for career advancement and ensure our leadership understands our culture and values.

Our processes are designed with input from the employees themselves. Those doing the work possess invaluable tribal knowledge and insights into what best serves our customers, the team, and the company. Their contributions shape how we operate, creating systems that work efficiently and effectively.

A defining core value that sets us apart is our commitment to excellence: we always find a way to make things happen on time and with quality. This relentless dedication drives our success and distinguishes us in the marketplace.

Ownership maintains an open-door policy, ensuring all employees feel heard and valued. Our culture promotes open communication and collaboration, fostering creativity and better ideas for the benefit of all.

We encourage every team member to contribute, and our strong leadership staff supports this by maintaining clear, transparent communication across all levels—from employees to management to ownership.

By cultivating an environment of trust, respect, and innovation, we ensure that our culture not only supports our people and customers but also drives our collective success.
